Initial construction of Waddington Park probably started in the first or second quarter of 1998. I'm slightly vague about this, since the first time I saw the community was in September 1998. Perhaps someone who came earlier can shed more light.

At the time, the first row of townhouses (2-16) was about half completed.

 

 
Construction of the second row (18-32) was well under way.
The rest of the community was just tidy piles of wood.
